Cameron Raynes is an award-winning writer of short stories, history, film scripts and a novel. He has worked as a barman, welfare worker, anthropologist and academic, and currently teaches history and creative writing at the University of South Australia. His works include The Last Protector, The Colour of Kerosene, and First Person Shooter, his debut novel. Cameron is currently working on a new novel and a film script (based on First Person Shooter).
